**VCU Orientations**: If you received instructions to submit a photo online for picking up your first card on your scheduled orientation date, please choose this option.

In-Person: Schedule an appointment to visit our office on the academic campus. We take your picture and print your first card. Appointments usually take less than 10 minutes.

Online: You submit some paperwork and a photo of your choice. Then you schedule an appointment to pick up your first card from the academic campus. This process can sometimes take a few days to complete.

Mail: You submit some paperwork and a photo of your choice. Then we mail your first card to you. Snail mail takes the longest - do not pick this option if you are in a hurry!
