Campus Card Services provides card-related services and solutions to all members of VCU and VCU Health. Our department manages and supports the VCUCard Offices, Building Access Control, Point-of-Sale Solutions, RamBucks, RamsLaundry, and a number of other business solutions. A continuous effort is made by our team to improve service to the university by streamlining processes, adding support, and utilizing new technology.
Campus Card Services serves the Virginia Commonwealth University, program partners, and all customers with a standardized, comprehensive, yet convenient campus card solution by providing identification and key access to a variety of university services. Our mission is to strive in the development of new expanded uses of our card program with improved processes and technological advancements.
Campus Card Services will expand its services efficiently and conveniently with a user-friendly and customer-oriented approach while seeking new, expanded uses of the card through advanced technology. Our team is dedicated to achieving this goal and continues to improve the quality and convenience of campus life by providing customers with courteous, timely, efficient, and effective service.
The VCUCard Offices are located on Monroe Park and MCV campuses to provide identification services to the residents of those areas and the Administrative Office on the Monroe Park Campus to provide backups and administrative support.
