Campus Card Services Implements New System

Campus Card Services is preparing to implement the first phase of the transition to Atrium Campus, a new card system designed to support enhanced technologies and services for the VCU community.
Service Interruption Details
Beginning May 15, 2026, RamBucks, Bonus Bucks, and Housestaff accounts may be temporarily unavailable for processing. This includes access to myVCUCard.com, RamBucks Stations, and all transactional locations (ie, GrubHub, Student Health, vending machines etc).
What to Expect

Completion Date: Various systems and accounts may or may not be functional until the transition is complete. We expect phase one of our conversion to be finalized by 6:00 am May 18, 2026.

Transaction Processing: Once live, you will be able to resume deposits and purchases both on and off-campus through the new Atrium Campus platform. Transactions will also be available for viewing through Atrium Connect, the new Online Card Office. Please note that transaction history prior to May 18th will not migrate to the new system.
- Future Services: The next few phases of this project will include card production and mobile credentials, scheduled for implementation during the upcoming fall and winter semesters.
Service issues incurred after May 18th should be reported immediately to Campus Card Services through the IT Support Ticket System.
