Planned System Outage on October 18-25th

CBORD CS Gold Production Servers

VCU Technology Services has scheduled to move the Campus Card Services CBORD CS Gold production servers (including CS Access) from their current location to the new TOC building. The process of this move will take place over multiple days.

On Friday, October 18th at 6:00 p.m., the servers will be failed over to our backup servers. During this time, which we anticipate to take less than an hour, attendance readers, aeros, and vending readers will not be available for RamBucks, Dining Dollars, or Housestaff debit plans. The CS Gold client, myvcucard.com, AdminWeb, CloudCard and WebCard Center will not be available during this time.

On Monday, October 21st, UCC will begin moving the CS Gold servers to their new location.

On Friday, October 25th at 6:00 p.m., the servers will be failed back to the original production servers. During this time, which we anticipate to take less than an hour, attendance readers, aeros, and vending readers will not be available for RamBucks, Dining Dollars, or Housestaff debit plans. The CS Gold client, myvcucard.com, AdminWeb, CloudCard and WebCard Center will not be available during this time.
