Online ID Request Form For New Students

The VCUCard Office is now accepting online requests for orientation participants who received instructions to submit a request for a Campus Card online. To ensure your card is available for pickup, complete this process as early as possible.
Academic Students
First-Year Orientation Students
Students enrolled in a First-Year Orientation will submit a form, provide a photo, then pick up their First Card on Day 2 of orientation.
Transfer Orientation Students
Students enrolled in a Transfer Orientation will submit a form, provide a photo, then pick up their First Card from our office.
Health Sciences Students
Students enrolled in a Health Sciences Orientation will submit a form, provide a photo, then will pick up their First Card from our office.
